Dan's Guardian

I have recently taken on a contract at a bank to manage their network. I know, I know, they chose me and I don't know why. Kinda like giving an alcoholic the keys to the bar, but none the less, I got the contract. All that said, the setup they use is typical of most secure networks, so I am not going to go into the particulars, but I will say this. Any router made from scratch is generally a good thing, but for those of you looking to build a secure network, jahala has introduced me to a product I would suggest everyone should have protecting their network. (especially if you have kids) It is called Dan's Guardian. It does content filtering as well as a good job as a firewall. If you haven't put up a hardware firewall, I suggest you give Dan's Guardian a shot. IT is easy to implement and works like a dream. Thanks for introducing me to this firewall Jahala, you are still da man!
